I think this is a great way of doing the challenge. It gets you thinking and when you see what everyone else has done it makes you want to do more.
MON - Cups of Water 10 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 1 min jump rope, 30 min brisk walking, (also did 120 cardio workout)
TUES - Cups of Water: 12 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 30 min brisk walking, 20 push ups
WED – Cups of Water: 9 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 50 sit ups, 2 min jump rope (also 35 min high impact aerobics)

I like having all the different challenges to do. I fractured two toes on my right foot and wasn't able to do the week of jump roping. This week at least I can do all the non-jumping exercises and some of the jumping before it started hurting again.
