    I tried doing 10mins of stretching but got bored ;) Also started out well with water but was away most of the week and it made it trickier.
  • MON - Cups of Water 10 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 1 min jump rope, 30 min brisk walking, (also did 120 cardio workout)
    TUES - Cups of Water: 12 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 30 min brisk walking, 20 push ups
    WED – Cups of Water: 9 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 50 sit ups, 2 min jump rope (also 35 min high impact aerobics)
    THU – Cups of Water: 10 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 10 min stretching 50 situps
    FRI – Cups of Water: 10 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 40 Jumping jacks 30 min brisk walk
    SAT – Cups of Water: 10 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 40 squats 20 push ups
    SUN – Cups of Water: 10 x 500ml ~ Challenge 30 min walking

    really enjoyed this challenge and managed to lose 5lb this week in total WOOP!
