Started it but wasnt able to post. So Posting my 1st 3 days now, and hopefully be back everyday for teh rest of the week to post the rest.
I've set myself 2 challenges a day.
MON - Cups of Water 3 (embarassing) ~ 35 Squats,
TUES - Cups of Water: 8 ~ 3 mins jump rope, 25 situps, 25 crunches.
WED – Cups of Water: 7 ~ 20 Push Ups, 25 sit ups, 25 crunches

I think this is a great way of doing the challenge. It gets you thinking and when you see what everyone else has done it makes you want to do more.
MON - Cups of Water 10 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 1 min jump rope, 30 min brisk walking, (also did 120 cardio workout)
TUES - Cups of Water: 12 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 30 min brisk walking, 20 push ups
WED – Cups of Water: 9 x 500ml ~ Challenge: 50 sit ups, 2 min jump rope (also 35 min high impact aerobics)
