    Unfortunately I think it is... some people are far too serious on here. Look at my profile pic, I'm not serious at all. :laugh:

    edit: on the other hand there isn't a shortage of sexy profile pics. I have an all new respect for the Redskins, that is pretty hot.

    No you don't but you should sit and eat as much as you can for the same amount of time you spent working out.. Example: Workout 45 minutes = Eating twinkees and drinking beer for 45 minutes afterwards...
