A piece of paper is usual 8.5" x 11"0

the tip of your pointer finger is roughly 1 inch. from the first knuckle to finger tip I use it when I need to haha0
-
typically an average size banana is 110 - 120 calories. I just go with that and don't worry about it. In the database type in medium banana or search by brand, like dole or del monte, you should get a few results for the whole banana without having to weigh how many grams it is or how many inches it is.0

well you're thumb is roughly an inch long....

You can just enter it as a small, medium, or large and be well within a reasonable margin of error.0

A US Dollar Bill is 2x6 inches.0

LMAO... thank you, I needed it0

Best to have someone measure your banana for you... so you do not over-estimate it for bragging purposes0

somebody caught on finally!! lol!!!0

Don't worry about measuring it. All banana's are pretty much the same calorie count. Don't get too technicial with the counts, you will get bored with it fast0

Okay, but what about girth? Baby arm, can of corn, what??0

I agree. Just use medium for entries. The large ones are not as common. It's probably not as long as you think it is anyway.0

Yes Really!0

*just chuckling*0

Yeah, I figured you were trying to make a funny, but two things we don't joke about here are bananas and nut butter. That's some serious business. Especially when combined.0

whatever you do, dont lie to impress the ladies!!! They wont be amused!!0

I suggest you use your penis; if this is your usual line of conversation, it's probably not getting a lot of use for anything else.
Hint.. There is a chitchat fun and games section for threads like this.0 -
You could weigh it in the scale at the grocery store....0

Ummm sweetheart are you prone to exaggerating your um banana size??0 -
Is it a new banana?coz new bananas are hard, older ones tend to be errr soft...0

Only get bored fast if its too small- like, we are talking plantaine size.
And I agree- it's not as simple as how long it is- girth matters. I'd suggest either volume displacement where you dip it in water, or a laser measurer. For maximum accuracy. Then add 4" just to be safe.
Ahh...yes girth is much more important than length to be sure. But this is just to make sure the banana has the sweet creamy goodness in it when eaten, you know you dip it in chocolate then it takes longer because you can just suck the chocolate off...just a suggestion0 -
