Hi, I'm trying to become as fat as possible. If I eat 3000 calories of fast food and junk food every day but one day a week, I "cheat" and have a clean day where I eat 1800 calories of clean food, will this sabotage my weight gain and make me skinny?

YES!!!! You will be super skinny if you do this!!
Just remember no green vegetables and you will be ok!0 -
Yes, it's all or nothing.0
-
You would be better off just having a clean meal rather than a clean day.0

Clean eating is counterproductive to your goals.
Either you're serious, or you're not.

you'd wear size 42 pants....0

Yes!!! I would say if you're going to have a clean day, make sure you don't eat clean and try to go way over the 1,800 calories of unclean food on your clean day!!! That's what I do!0

I like dragon flies....they stay crunchy in milk0

It would also be helpful to eat a large amount of nut butter dispensed from a shake weight.0

Ok I think I get it now. I don't want to risk reversing all my hard work for the week with a clean day and wake up skinny the next day, so I will just eat my carefully planned junk food diet every single day. Thank you.0

And drink too much water cuz seriously, that can kill you!0

i think this may actually cause you to lose a drastic amount of weight.. I don't believe in "clean days" ! This is a full lifestyle change...0
-
lmao..what the hell just happened here ?!?!? :indifferent:0

and make sure you only lift 5 lb bags of feathers on the "cheat days" cause those are lighter than the 5 lb bags of rice ya know :laugh:0

I'm gonna give you my standard answer when I dont know squat about something, " Go ask my guru Taso, he knows stuff"
*Looking up at pic of OP* WHOA...Hmmm...*runs screaming and sobbing from the room losing all hope of EVER learning another thing again*0 -
That's difficult to answer, Taso. I'd have to know your BMI first, because muscle weighs more than fat.
Another important thing you didn't mention - would you not eat your exercise calories on that day?
I could give you some easy recipes for people who hate to cook if you need them...

Is this the "introduction to the opposite sketches"...?0

Maybe don't have a Clean DAY, more like a Clean MEAL. You don't want to over do it... :laugh:0
-
