    I won last week, so I got to pick the songs :) You just try to get as high as you can all week (you can try as many times as you like) and on Monday the winner will be announced!

    Everybody is doing great but I have yet this week to see some of the people that signed up last week and didn't do the scores. I keep your name on the list but, if I don't see any scores after this week, I will delete you. Sorry. No activity, it just clogs up my list.

    Last week was a crash and burn week for me coming off bootcamp and some medical testing, but I'm about to tuck into my dance dance dance as soon as buddy comes and buys my vacuum cleaner here in a few minutes.

    Yeah I will give it a go sounds like fun and one exercise that can be done no matter what the weather weather forecast in Scotland never good so planning outdoor exercise regime can be tricky .

    Could we add our songs' scores together and post the total for all 3 as well? That way it's easier for our leader to determine the winner, AND we can see who we've got to beat ;)
