    I have lost 11 inches on my waist in 7 weeks 41 to 30

    Got took me 2 years to loose 8- this is mega! Love to know how u did it

    I have been doing a low carb lifestyle and before the idea is snubbed by anyone check it out I promise it has saved my life!

    I went from 45.5" to 29" waist so 16.5" in about 100 pounds and about 10.5 months.

    42 to 39 in lower waist.

    Currently wear a Women's US 14 & L's. Hoping to be a sz 8 by the time I get to my goal weight.
