When you workout at home...

It depends on the workout fr me, really. For TurboFire/Jam/Kick, yes. Weight training, yes. INSANITY or plyometrics, yes. So "standard" workouts, I'm in my comfy Nikes. For yoga, dance, stretching, balance work or things of that nature, I generally don't wear shoes. I have carpet at home though, so I slip easily. Back in college, I never wore shoes for my cardio workouts, but my feet would grip a little bit easier on our hardwood floors.0

I wearshoes when I workout inside. I notice my ankles and knees hurt if I don't. We have Italian tile so if I was on carpet I would probably go barefoot.0

My ankles twist easily so unless it's yoga I wear shoes0

For my Turbo Fire, and yoga workouts I don't wear shoes. No mattter what pair I've tried my feet end up cramping and I just can't finish a workout with them. I do wear my crosstrainers when I do Chalean Extreme and when I'm lifiting weights. I'd hate dropping a weight on a barefoot.0

I always have shoes on, ever since I broke my pinkie toe catching it on the leg of a sofa during a particularly uncoordinated dance move...but thats just me, clumsy...I also broke one of my lightshades doing an overhead stretch!:laugh:0
