    I've found a core group of friends who are motivated and fun. New members should feel free to search for and reach out and ask others to be their friends. Being a middle aged guy I was looking for some other middle aged guys to benchmark myself against, so I posted a message and the response was great. And I'm always glad to lend support to anyone, no matter what age, etc.
