I can relate to almost everything you mentioned, I have been trying to lose 40-50 lbs for 8 years and I always lose 10-15 lbs and then gain double. I am so tired of that! This has left me so self-conscious and doubtful of myself. Thank you for sharing your story, it is so inspiring!! I wish you the best. God bless you!0

You are awsome and many people here on MFP look to for inspiration. To lose 139 lbs in 9 months if fantastic. I can relate to parts of your story, but I can als say that with out my husbands help over the last 2 years I could not be where I am today. I am so close to my goal and look forward to the day that I truely can say I am half the woman I was. Please keep your positive attitude and you will never get to that place again that caused you so much pain.0 -

WOW! A big congratulations to you and thank you for sharing. You sound like one smart cookie. lol I have been dieting for a year and a half and only managed to lose 36 lbs. I am thrilled about this but have 36 lbs. to go. I joined MFP about 3 months ago and managed to get over a plateau. I believe I will get to goal no matter how long it takes. I would be happy if you would add me as a friend.0

So Ms. Rachel how did youdo it and not have all the loose skin? YOu look awesome by the way! such a motivational story also! But as manyposters have said where did the skin go? I always though surgery was the only option to get rid of it, but youhave managed to do it, so we need the secret!!!!0 -
