    My favorite way to eat it is roasted. It's also good in a stir fry.

    There is a chinese dish with caulifower that is so good. It uses pork and I dont eat meat, but have had the vegetarian version. Cauliflower chow yok. It has a fermented black bean gravy and green onions with a scrambled egg worked into the sauce. Might have to google the recipe as I know I could stir it up from scratch but don't know the exact recipe. Sure is yummy with rice though.

    I've even roasted it with Pam and it was really tasty- a bit of sea salt and fresh ground pepper!
