  • it hard for me to exercise in the mornings because i go to work and school some evenings are good for me.

    evening, i am just not a morning person at all!

    ME TOO! If I only tried in the morning it would just never happen. I have to go right after work. Only down side is that I end up eating dinner much later than I should, but because it's so late I limit my carbs.

    At the gym 2-4 days per week, evenings between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m.:

    - Treadmill (30 minutes at 4.0-5.0)
    - Pool (20-30 minutes) OR Weight Room (20-30 minutes)
    - Racquetball (30-60 minutes)

    At night. I work second shift, so I usually go after work (and I go late even on the days when I don't work). I'm not a morning person - at all. I have more energy at night, plus I like that the gym is usually quite empty by the time I get there at 11:30pm or midnight. :)
  • Work week - 90% of the time it's at night
    Weekends - usually mid-day

    Mornings are way too hectic with 3 kids (1 in school and 2 under the age of 3) and getting myself ready for work. It's almost impossible unless I get my butt up at 5am (which isn't happening).
  • I do a lot of walking throughout the day getting to where I need to go since I live in the city and take the bus. When I am specifically looking to "work out" I go either after work or at night after dinner. :happy:

    I am trying to exercise 30 min in the morning before work and then 30-40 min on my lunch break. Total of 1 hr each day. I know I need more but during the week its all I can do.
