Ok this is the best thing I have ever created.
Sop simple, so delicious, so healthy it isn't fair to obesity.

So I've been making my fudge and cutting them into bars but sometimes I just want something quick.

Ingredients:
Favorite protein powder
1/2 TBSP coconut oil
1/4-1/2 cup of egg beaters

I used Extreme formulations Cinnamon Roll first.
Warm Coco oil to liquid.
In a bowl add one scoop protein, and then egg beaters.
Mix with spoon for about 10 seconds until batter
add oil and mix again.

You can eat it right then, or I like to chill it for about 20 minutes.
Cinnamon Roll batter protein!

I then did the same thing with my chocolate protein powder, and also tossed in 10 chocolate chips for fun and I had chocolate cake batter.

I'm hooked, I've done cookies and cream, strawberry. I need to find more protein powders to try this with,
The best thing is the only carbs are ones in your protein powder!

Enjoy.

If it helps, egg beaters are pasteurized.

Add just a touch of baking soda and throw it in the micro for a little while and you'll have a custom brownie!

Shut the backdoor too! I've had it, it's delicious!
I had a very easy meal that tasted a lot like a cinnabon with only 3-4 carbs in it.

I'm thinking next I will try the chocolate bowl, and then warm up a Tbsp of PB and drizzle that on top.
