It Works!!

So I've been stuck at 178 for two or three now and I was getting discouraged. I desided to drink 3 cups of green tea a day and it finally paid off. It gave me the extra boost my body needed. Might I add, its decaffinated green tea and I make a jug of it and keep it in the fridge. I dont add sugar or anything to it. I have also been patient and I have stuck with hard sacrifices. My neighbor offered me a slice of pizza last night but I was already at my calorie limit and even though I wanted it so badly,,, i stayed strong and it paid off. I lost 2 pounds this morning when I weighed in. I've been drinking green tea for 3 days. today is day 4. Not only does green tea help wit weight loss but it also helps with your skin complection. It's just the lipton green tea. So, my advice to anyone who feels stuck and has been working hard but the scale says differentl, I would suggest to try drinking 3 cups a green tea a day minimum and see if that works for you. It's obviously not for evreryone. Oh.....PLUS its a natueral appitite surprecent. I think I spelt that wrong..lol anyway. It worked for me. Let me know if you tired it and if it worked for you good luck

Congratsss! On both drinking the green tea, losing 2 lbs, AND refusing the pizza! I hate green tea--wish I loved it, but I never have....But I'll remember that for a plateau!0

if you like green tea (suppressant) do yourself a favor & go to Whole Foods or a health food store and get some Natural Green tea leaves and brew it yourself. Lipton is processed half to death and there's actually very little nutritonal value in it (Prevention.com) When you drink tea made from green tea leaves you'll be surprised how much better it tastes. This is true for any tea and spices/herbs as well ... get REAL basil, cilantro - even people who care nothing about organic food will compliment your cooking because no matter what they do, Fresh ALWAYS tastes better than processed.
