Final post for september...
Weight: 275.6, down 6.7 lbs for the month
Water: did every day, I like water
Stairs: didn't quite finish it but I at least tried. I think I finished around 800 - 900 stairs for the week. Since this is the first time I participated in a fitness part of the challenge I was proud of myself.

1. No problem here, It’s my main drink of choice.
2. I stepped 1752 steps this week.
3. I’ve had a lot of people tell me this month that I’ve gotten really small. Then I was going through old clothes (from junior high & high school) and the FIT!!!! I also just had to go buy some new jeans because my current jeans didn’t fit and I had to buy a smaller size then I have ever had before.0 -

I have not found the October Thread, but defintely want in.
* I didn't make the 10 pounds last month (kinda knew I wouldn't due to a weekend at the races). But now I'm extra-motivated for October's weight loss goals.0
