    Please share your exercise/workout routine with us! :)

    Hey :smile: well, I do two things for exercise. 1) I go to Jazzercise classes at my local gym. It's a combination of dance, pilates, kickboxing, and weight training. Zumba is very similar, except there are no floor routines. It's VERY fun and you burn 500-600 cals for a 60min workout! it really helped me get toned and it's SO FUN! and then 2) when I needed to burn some extra calories (like if I went out to dinner with my family and ended up going over my calorie goal) I would ride a stationary bike. not only did it tone my legs, but I could put the bike infront of the tv and keep myself entertained while exercising :smile:

    that's what worked for me!
