    Not many MFP around me that arent married, and I like just being friends right now. I meet a lot of nice and pretty ladies on here. I just dont want to ruin a good thing. Worst thing is that someone might take the flirting the wrong way and consider you a creeper. I became good friend with one friend and she stopped emailing me back, I tried a couple more times. Then I looked her profile up and she defriended me, I stopped emailing her. I didnt want to be that stalker or creeper everyone talks about. So very careful nowadays.

    I've seen a few couples in forums who met here. I also don't think it's a bad thing. If you are going to meet someone online, a site with encouraging people trying to improve their lives. :happy:

    No, but I've friended someone who shares common interests in real life, and lives close by, so we have plans for him, his wife, and his friend on this site, myself and my boyfriend to hang out and go shooting soon :)

    I do not know of any connections on here, but I think MFP is a site that could be good for that. People come here very interested in losing weight or lifting weights, eating low carb or running... and things like that can be so major to individuals...a lifestyle, even... to me, it would only make sense for people to find that attractive in others.

    I've become friends beyond the computer screen with a few of my MFP friends, and see no reason why that kind of friendship couldn't extend to more. Distance is a hurdle just like any other in a relationship. If you meet, and you have common goals and personality traits...it's not even that tough of one.

    My aunt and uncle have been together pushing 8yrs I believe, and they met on Everquest lol. I introduced them =D. They were initially almost 2000 miles apart.

    It happens, and it can certainly work.

    I am getting married in Nov to someone I met on MFP. Oddly enough she was the first person to reply to my first post on here. I would almost call it fate. We had our ups and downs and my life as it is had complicated things a bit but soon she will be mine forever and always!
