    Earlier I talked about the presents I got, but the best gift I got was to have my entire family home for Christmas. This has not happened in years so it was very exciting. This is us in the picture.....my husband Ken, son Kurt (aka Jesus), me, daughter Colleen, son-in-law Nathan, daughter Valerie, and granddaughter Aubrey.

    Do they pillage with you? :wink: That is a really fun family pic! That is one of the things I was hoping to accomplish yesterday, but (of course) didn't happen. My kids think that shouting "CHEESE" from random corners of the house consititues a family portrait. LOL

    Glad you got to enjoy them all! CUTE grandbaby, too! :love:

    My DW took all the T-Shirts I had gotten from bike ride events (plus my one Sprint Triathlon) and made them into a lap quilt to snuggle with while watching TV.

    That was my favorite.

    How amazingly cool is that!!!! My husbands grandma did that for him when he was around 15 years old with all of his Oklahoma Sooners football tee shirts and the silly guy still refuses to let anyone use it, it is hanging up on a wall in our house.

    the best part of christmas this year was waking up early and watching "it's a wonderful life' with my dbf and a cup of hazelnut.

    I'm finally the proud owner of a Wii & Wii Fit! I'm sooooo happy with it! I also got one of those magic bullet blenders!

    Oh! I also got fatty meals & treats & probably a few pounds to "fatten me up" as my mother was saying. Thanks mom!


    That's EXACTLY what I got! haha, I haven't set up my wii yet, but I'm excited about the Wii Fit! And i LOVE my magic bullet!

    playboy bunny pj's, his taste not mine, but they are actually quite cute! lol

    money from mom!

    pjs, bath stuff, calender, a worry box, gift cards, money, books, towel set,

    so excited, cuz this year we all said we were gonna do things smaller cuz of the economy! lol

    had a great day with family tho, that was the best part :blushing:

    My wonderful husband got me a really cool Sony digital camera/camcorder, carrying case and tripod. The only bad thing was when I saw how fat I looked on film! I will definately not be that person next Christmas.
    My son and his girlfreind gave me a beautiful angel figurine (I collect angels), a really pretty 10 candle sconce, and a really pretty clock.
    My boss gave me $100 gift card, my MIL gave me 2 sets of really pretty gold hoop earrings. But the best thing of all was seeing my familie's excited expressions when they opened thier gifts! But I wasn't able to get them all together for a picture w/my new camera! I will soon though!

    Santa brought the Guitar Hero World Tour for the Wii for my two oldest boys, but my husband and I have been the ones playing it the most :laugh:

    I was absolutely spoiled rotten!

    I received wii fit, even though my DH acted as though he forgot it! Tricksy tricksy man! He also got me a Zune (similar to an ipod touch, but more memory and half the price... therefore better, lol) which I had told him several months ago I didn't want one, I liked my ipod. See, the zunes don't have a clip, so I'd have no way to listen to it during my workouts. So the dear man also got me an armband to hold the new Zune. He also got me a book written by one of the guys in Duran Duran, since I love the band, and knew back in the 80's that I was going to marry one of them... Oh, and remember Fashion Plates, from when you were a kid, back in the 70's? I had told him, who knows when, that I wanted one when I was a kid, and my parents refused to get it for me, saying that it was dumb.... Well, he found one on Ebay for me! I laughed so hard when I opened that gift! My last gift from DH was a cuisinart food processer. I made cake balls (I crumble up cake scraps and cuttings and blend it with baking cocoa and liquid non-dairy creamer and mini chocolate chips), and it only took me two minutes to make 10 cups of crumbs! I'm so excited to try it for other stuff too!

    My oldest gave me the new Pink album, he wanted to get it for me for my birthday he said, but couldn't find it. Guess that made Christmas easy for him, since he already knew what to buy... lol The other three boys are at their mom's house until Tuesday, so we'll be doing Christmas Phase II that night.
