    No, why is it a cop-out? By the time someone gets to a point where they decide to do that surgery, they have likely reached a drastic place. It is very dangerous -- why would someone do it? Because it is equally dangerous to remain morbidly obese.

    Who would say getting a root-canal is the easy way out? Silly person should have brushed their teeth better.
