Can you believe that we have made it to the FINAL week?! Here is the chart for last week...
Think back to where you started....how have things changed since then? I know that everyone is dying to do another challenge and I believe the lovely Falisha (Falisha13) is planning on hosting the next round through Christmas. Maybe we'll be some "Christmas Cuties!" I have had such a great time with all of you and I look forward to having your continued friendship and support for the weeks to come.
Your challenge this week is to post a picture.

Photo .. ok ... this is going to test my technical skills.. and daughter no longer living at home to help me.
PS. I am finally in the yellow, what a shock. Not a great weight loss from beginning of challenge. Can i blame it on the fact it was winter here. No, no excuses. But great that i finally had a good weekly loss. Now to try and do that again this week.
I too would like to continue till Christmas.0 -

Hi Everyone,
Wow you're all doing fabulous! I'm going to have to weight in a couple of days early as i'm off to dubai very early on Wednesday so will be weighing in on Tuesday as have no scales over there obviously! Will make sure I log on to see the FINAL RESULTS though

Ok....I have to say that I am getting my pictures together for the "final weigh-in". This is really the first time in my life that I am not afraid to have my picture taken. Took my little girl to her first day Kindergarten today and did not do the typical "hide behind your child" move which I have always done in the past. I look forward to posting pics! (I'll probably be so pic happy that I post on the Success Stories page too!) Thank you guys for everything. I wouldn't be here without all the support you have given me along the way.0

(the scales said 134.8 today but going to round up!)

These pics aren't *exactly* the challenge results, but mostly. :-) First pic is a little earlier than the challenge beginning and the second one is last week, but close enough.
When we set goals for ourselves at the beginning of this challenge, one of mine was to be able to comfortably fit into a dress that I bought four years ago that still had the tags on it and had never been worn. I tried the dress on last night......... It still doesn't fit...... But now it's too BIG!!! :-) At least that can be fixed by a tailor.
Vic - thanks for this challenge. It was my first and I feel that I was very successful!!!

My ending weight was 172 - ending in a gain. For the past week I suffered from plantar fasciitis and due to the pain, virtually stopped exercising. Waiting to heal and then I'll start again. I must say that for me, trying to control my eating during the summer was very hard. I won't give up and will continue - I've learned a lot about myself. Mainly, as long as the clothes are not too tight - my will power is not very strong. Will probably lower my ultimate goal also. Thanks for everything – this was a very good group.
Have no idea how to even get the pictures out of my camera :ohwell: so most likely will not be able to figure out how to post them here.0 -
