    These pics aren't *exactly* the challenge results, but mostly. :-) First pic is a little earlier than the challenge beginning and the second one is last week, but close enough.

    When we set goals for ourselves at the beginning of this challenge, one of mine was to be able to comfortably fit into a dress that I bought four years ago that still had the tags on it and had never been worn. I tried the dress on last night......... It still doesn't fit...... But now it's too BIG!!! :-) At least that can be fixed by a tailor.

    Vic - thanks for this challenge. It was my first and I feel that I was very successful!!!

    My ending weight was 172 - ending in a gain. For the past week I suffered from plantar fasciitis and due to the pain, virtually stopped exercising. Waiting to heal and then I'll start again. I must say that for me, trying to control my eating during the summer was very hard. I won't give up and will continue - I've learned a lot about myself. Mainly, as long as the clothes are not too tight - my will power is not very strong. Will probably lower my ultimate goal also. Thanks for everything – this was a very good group.

    Have no idea how to even get the pictures out of my camera :ohwell: so most likely will not be able to figure out how to post them here.

    I missed my final goal by 1lb.. but considering I revised my goals midway through from 174 to 168, I'm happy! Thanks for the great challenges Vic! it will be missed!

    Thank you Vic for all of your hard work with this challenge and the one before this. I had fun logging in every week and it was great getting to have everyone's success be my inspiration to keep going. Good luck to everyone with their continued weight loss and maintenance.

    No weight loss this week, but I'm very happy with not gaining at all this week. This summer has been hard for me to stay on track, so I hope once I'm back from work and away from all this vacation I will be on the right track again with losing this weight!

    Can your friends view your food and exercise logs? I am 151.6 (as of yesterday) and would love to lose weight at the speed you did. Seeing how you've done it would be a great help to me.

I know, TMI! :) Regardless, I'm happy to be holding fairly steady. Will continue to eat maintenance calories for the next 5 weeks, then bump it up to gain 1/2 pound per week. So this will be my last challenge.....until next spring!!

    I missed my challenge goal by 5 lbs but I weigh 6 1/2lbs less than I did at the beginning of the summer. Yes!!! I am a happy camper cuz I have returned to Onederland and I am going to STAY there!!

    Well, here we are at the end of the challenge - it's been a hard time for me personally, and I got pretty stuck for a month or so in the middle there, but I'm happy to be at the beach in September weighing 5.5kg less than when we started (I really should get some scales that weigh in pounds, 12 pounds down sound much better then 5.5kg!). My weight goal was to lose 6.5 kg so I'm one kg short of my original goal but 1kg better than my revised goal and I'm happy with that.
    One of my non-scale goals was to run 12km in the City to Surf race - finishing at the beach, which I did last week.
    My other one was to work on binge eating and I can't say that's gone but I'm much more aware of what I'm doing and working on strategies to change these habits. That is going to be an ongoing task, but I feel like I've made a good start.
    Overall, a good outcome from this challenge - Vic, thanks so much for doing so much work to keep us on track, it is really appreciated.
