This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!
Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
After the success of last week I am going to keep the set up with options instead of one set exercise. Here are 7 different challenges. You pick your day to do each of them and post which day you do what. I will post a few videos in a second to explain what these different exercises are.
-- 40 lunges
-- 5 mins of bicylce crunches (This should be broke down into sets)
-- 15 burpees
-- 30 min walking
-- 50 calf raises
-- 30 sec or 1 min planks (get in as many as you can in one day)
-- 20 push ups
DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Stay within 100 cals +/- of your daily calorie goal.
