    I am sorry that I had forgot to post this yesterday. Congrats on everyone for the differences they are seeing in their bodies. I hope you guys are as excited as me. We only have one last time left to mesaure this month. It is up to you how you opt to do this. YOu can either do it on Monday like normal or you can wait till the end of the week. If you want to post both that is fine but I will only track one for you.

    We had 3 people tied for first place by dropping 3 inches. These people are ssweets18, bhurley1424, and beautifulartemis. Each of these three people can post an optional weekly challenge. You can do all three or pick one or do none. Eitther way, congrats to our top three ladies!!!


    10 toe touches!!! Make sure to youtube toe touches. :)

    Goal for September will be to lose 4 inches.

    Total lost for the month 4.25. Made my goal I just wish more had come off my thighs.
