I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT I DON'T WANT TO COUNT CALORIES OR EXERCISE, IT'S TOO MUCH WORK . I WANT TO BE HEALTHIER BUT I REFUSE TO DO FOOD PREPARATION OF ANY KIND. PLZ TELL ME WHAT ELSE I CAN DO TO LOSE WEIGHT AND BE HEALTHY WITHOUT COUNTING CALORIES, FOOD PREPARATION OR EXERCISE.

counting calories is not as bad as you might think give it a go you will be surprised if not dont starve yourself because you will just gain it all back as soon as you start eating again add me if you need support0

You don't have to exercise if you don't want to. I don't prepare much food, I like quick grab stuff, just try and make it healthy. Over time you may feel like starting an exercise program.0
