    Diet pills are horrible. They are a temporary solution to a life long problem. We have to change the way we live. Proper eating and excercise may be slower but it is the HEALTHY way and we are more likely to keep the weight off. Not to mention the negative impact diet pills have on our hearts and alot of other vital organs. Don't be envious. KNOW you are doing it the right way. :smile:

    AGREED.

    Many diet pills are also basically speed and can be harmful to your heart and other systems. (what I've heard, I have not done any research).

    They will have to learn in there own time. The pills are a scam. Appetite suppressant, huh! People don't over eat because they are hungry. The brain has many other draws to food, emotions, hormones, stress, physiological issues, and etc. Just because someone won the battle, doesn't mean they won the war on over/under eating. Life is trial and error. Feel sorry for them and learn something for yourself.
