    I'm also new to MFP and I hate breakfest, but what I have started as well is drinking one glass of water in the morning before I leave my house (around 8ish). Then I go to work and drink my morning tea (9ish). Then at 10am I have a special K bar or I have some cereal without milk. Not sure if this will work but its something I've started for a couple of days.
