    I have a no watching rule- either you get off your @ss and participate, or find something else to do somewhere else in the house.

    Same rule applies for cleaning :) You should see them scatter!

    I just got a stationary bike today and I haven't even been able to use it. Kids have taken over like roaches!
    Gonna have to wait for them to go to bed before I try it out. Gotta put my foot down soon, though. I'm not gonna wait til midnight to work out every day!
