Cutting out bread.

Yes, I too have cut bread (and everything made of flour) completely from my diet, and only once in a while have Ezekiel bread. I am down 9 lbs and don't miss bread at all now.
The reason I cut it out is because I could not stop eating it---that is not to say I was addicted to it, but it was a problem of compulsion. It wasn't easy, but looking back now, I wish I had cut out bread sooner. When bread is put in front of me now, I don't crave it.
I have more energy than I did in my 20s, have less overall bodyfat, sleep better, work out more intensely, and best of all, the heartburn STOPPED.0
