For those that have done it, do you need a good bit of space? Or is enough room to do a pushup good enough? You use dumbbells right?
The most room you use up is laying on your stomach with your arms and legs straight out
You need dumbbells.... I suggest getting 5lb AND 3lb0 -

For the month of September I'm doing the 30DS 2x a day (except Fridays), & walking til I burn 500 calories every day.
I'll have to try Ripped in 30 when I get back from Jamaica0 -

You can buy it at walmart for $9 i believe..will need 3 or 5lbs hand weight and a mat if working out on hard surface. Its a great workout and ill be starting level 3 on Monday:)0
