    I got my Polar F6 for Christmas and it is amazing! I like having a goal of a certain number of calories burned vs. time spent working out.

    I also sent out 2 msgs to ppl I havent seen on the boards for awhile!!

    Simon says to stretch your arms up over your head, lean to the right and feel the stretch in your left side and repeat for the right

    Okay I was working on connie's squats, but while I am doing Jeannie's stretch, Simon says do 10 kick backs (standing with feet shoulder's width apart and kicking your leg back behind you, alternating right and left)

  • We could have a list for who's Simon and we could either do like, Simon tells the person below them on the list what to do or everyone can do it and then after that the person next on the list is Simon, etc?

    Or we could do it randomly... either way works for me cuz i'm gonna try to do what Simon says every time!
