We could have a list for who's Simon and we could either do like, Simon tells the person below them on the list what to do or everyone can do it and then after that the person next on the list is Simon, etc?
Or we could do it randomly... either way works for me cuz i'm gonna try to do what Simon says every time!

Okay I did that (panting a little over here lol)...Simon says find something that weighs a few pounds (a handweight would work perfect, but a bag of sugar, a can of vegetables, etc. will work) and lift it over your head 10 times.0 -

OUCH!!! I did the 30 Day Shred for the first time in a while on Thursday and then I tried to do it again last night and I couldn't cuz my legs were way too sore, so that hurt! But I did it!
