    I do it scottish porridge style, stirred in a sauce pan until the right consistency then I like to add in things, either dried cherries, raisins, maple syrup, shredded coconut, fresh fruit slices, a little homemade jam. Then as a snack on winter nights I go really traditional and add a nip of whiskey ;)

    1/4 or 1/2 cup oatmeal
    4-5 frozen strawberries (or a cup of frozen blueberries)
    1/4 cup of protein powder
    6 oz yogurt
    blend.

    YUMMY breakfast smoothie. I have it almost every morning.
