Hiya peeps!
So I was going through some old pics and came across a few from back at my heaviest. Granted, there weren't many pics, as I wasn't too fond of cameras back then. A little about myself:
I'm a short guy, at barely 5'4". At my heaviest, such as in the following pics, I was between 250 and 260lbs. In 2007 something clicked and I proceeded to lose about 90lbs over the course of 2 years. In 2010, I started to slack a little, became complacent in my exercise and diet plans, and proceeded to gain about 30lbs. I found MFP in January of 2011, but didn't really start making use of the tools available here until April of this year. I've since lost the 30lbs I started with in January (my ticker only reflects the weight I've lost since actively using MFP). This site, and the community here has renewed my motivation like nothing I've ever experienced. My ultimate goal as of now, is to lose about 15 more lbs, which would put me at my fighting weight when I was in the Navy 15 years ago.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the pics!
Some pics from BEFORE, Weight between 250-260lbs:
Mmmm, healthy eatin there! :noway:
Hey, I think I see a cheeseburger joint!
Ugh... Frankly, I'm embarrassed to post this one
At the wax museum in Vegas
And now, some AFTERS, Weight between 165-170lbs:
Before setting off on the hiking trail:
At the Ren Faire:
Closest thing to a banana hammock I'll ever wear.
Hamming it up:
Hoping for more definition in my back. Thinking another 10lbs off should help:
Thanks all for looking! I hope some of my pics will help serve as motivation. I know seeing all the great before/afters here has certainly helped ME find mine again.

I especially like the picture of your (Typical?) 'Before' meal. I'm sure if you posted a meal now it would look a lot different.
As much as I used to HATE having my picture taken, I am happy now that I have those "Before" pictures. I'm sure you are, too.0 -

That's my lovely wife! She's lost about 65lbs through all of this with me. Couldn't have done it without her.

Thanks for the compliment about the fish tank! Yeah, it's my pride and joy. It's a 6ft 125gallon freshwater with live plants. Those are Discus not Oscars. Although I love Oscars too. Had one for years when I was growing up. :drinker:0
