    I got my HRM in the mail today and LOVING it. It really pushed me to challenge myself to stay "In the Zone".

    I finished my challenge today and did 5k and feeling really good about getting back on track. If I meet my goal for the challenge this month I will be out of the obese zone...and I Really Want That!

    Sorry I've been so quiet this month guys. I'm not feeling like myself lately (which is normal for this time of year). Plus my God-forsaken scale sucks serious assage (is that even a word?) The scale hasn't budged in almost a month, and I have been w/in my calories and have been busting my *kitten* with Insanity and the challenges and I feel like it's all for nothing. This is when I begin to start falling off the wagon. Actually, feeling like I'm getting run over by the wagon is more like it. Grrrrr. Okay, vent over :wink:

    Even though I've been quite, you guys are still rockin' it out and I'm very proud of you. I think we seem quieter too because we aren't recaping daily.

    On the plus side...tomorrow's Friday!!! Yay!!!

    I am so sick of the scale at this point. I Have 50lbs more to lose and I cant get past this stupid 198! I want to get to 191 by the end of the month and Im feeling discouraged!

    Hang in there - you're doing so great! I hate my scale, too and have been completely discouraged this month as well (which of course leads to me not exercising like i should, which equals no loss, etc.). Was even thinking about getting a new scale but with my luck the new scale would tell me i was heavier - LOL!

    Anywho, you'll see 191 - just keep doing what you're doing and remember how far you've come. You are one of the most dedicated people I know. Rock on Sista!!! =)

    Sorry ladies, I've been missing the couple of days. I had 3 days off and my home computer is down, it was hard not being able to log in! I've been doing good with the exercises but I went over 2 days on calories, I've been helping my boyfriend and his roommate move to 2 different places and just gave into fast food because of time and also the fridge was the first thing we moved so we kinda got stuck eating out. But I will do better the last three days!! I hope you ladies have a wonderful weekend!! I will if it ever stops raining!!

    We are for sure quite this month LOL

    I have found myself each day thinking about dropping out :o( Im feeling so discouraged and I want to just eat whatever I want...but you guys make me stay accountable. I am ready to lose my weight and be on maintenance.

    Thankfully my super skinny hubby is very supportive and doesnt let fall off track either.

    This is just....HARD!

    YOu're doing fabulous! I'm with you on the frustrations recently though. My scale hasn't been budging and it makes it harder to stay focused and determined to keep at it. All I wanted to do tonight was scarf down some pizza! Anytime you need to vent, or need support, that's why we're here together!! Keep pushing!
