This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
After the success of last week I am going to keep the set up with options instead of one set exercise. Here are 7 different challenges. You pick your day to do each of them and post which day you do what. I will post a few videos in a second to explain what these different exercises are.

-- 40 lunges
-- 2 mins of leg lifts on EACH side (4 min total)
-- 60 crunches (any type)
-- 40 squats
-- 100 jumping jacks
-- 3 mins invisible jump rope

DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Stay under on sodium.

    I am going to try to do the fitness challenges this week. I'm expecting to work some crazy overtime this week because I work at a college, so we'll see how it goes. I won't be tracking my sodium though because my doctor has me taking in extra sodium to help my low blood pressure. I've been having dizzy spells and extreme fatigue because of this problem. Good luck everyone!

    when your at the home screen on the app is says summary , daily and weekly at the top. click on daily and if you see any numbers in red that how much you went over

    It should be in your food diary. If it doesn't show then you can adjust your settings to show sodium.

  • Sorry I didn't post yesterday...lost track of time, got distracted, etc. Managed to do the leg lifts, though!

    I am having trouble with this sodium thing--I am just guess-timating that I am over. It sure would be easier if MFP took care of that for me, too!
