    Challenge- went shopping so didn't get any of them done, but I did walk alot :-)

    I am having trouble with this sodium thing--I am just guess-timating that I am over. It sure would be easier if MFP took care of that for me, too!
    You can change your diary settings so it can keep track for you!

    Trying hard to get back into the swing of things after a couple of bad weeks, haven't been tracking my food. Still having issues with my feet and am not allowed to do any of the jumping challenges.

    Sun - 50 lunges, 100 crunches, 50 squats and 4 min. of leg lifts.

    *Never relized how long 4 min. could be, my legs felt like jello after.:smile:
