Challenge- went shopping so didn't get any of them done, but I did walk alot :-)0 -

Trying hard to get back into the swing of things after a couple of bad weeks, haven't been tracking my food. Still having issues with my feet and am not allowed to do any of the jumping challenges.
Sun - 50 lunges, 100 crunches, 50 squats and 4 min. of leg lifts.
*Never relized how long 4 min. could be, my legs felt like jello after.0 -
