    Well I got up @ 6am & done Patsy club workout lol my 2yr old said this is boring 5 mins into worm up :laugh: well I completed it with dd under my feet & dd laughing @ me doing the sit ups

    I lucked out this week with a weight loss really unusual for me. I am thankful for this little group who has kept me accountable the past 2-3 months. It's been really good for me. Good luck all with your future weight loss and health goals!
