I have been averaging a bottle of Red wine(Merlot) a night. I heard red wine is good for you......but Am I Overdoing it? Better yet should I cut back?
OR should I continue at this pace....fall and winter are coming and Id rather drink wine rather than beer in thw winter.

*LIKE* lol0 -
Cutting back on beer, even to drink more wine, is ridiculous. How else are you going to fall asleep at night if you don't have plenty of booze in you?0
-
I drink my wine still....cos I know I would fail if I tried to do without..
Everyone has their vices be it chocolate/pizza...
I figure as long as I work it in to my daily allowance then its ok0 -
1 or 2 glasses of red wine can be healthful, a bottle per night is being a lush.0

man I hope not.
It is EASY to drink a bottle esp of pinot noir. I like to chill it, pop the cork, and sip along as I cook. 3 healthy glasses is the whole bottle and really isnt that much from say, 6 to 10 pm.
I also drink a ton of water too.0 -
I think that since you run from beer, you are burning plenty of calories so keep drinking the wine buddy!0
-
I say cut out beer, stop drinking wine and starting drinking vodka.0

beer,
I find myself shopping at the liquor store all the time. I am concerned that I may be a shopaholic0 -

Unless you value your liver, than stick with beer or wine. For a big guy, a bottle really isn't that much as long as you are getting plenty of exercise (many times it's not even enough for an average sized lady). AND a full bottle of most wine has less calories than a Big Mac. But the Big Mac will make you feel bloated and gross, while the wine will make you feel warm and happy. :drinker:0 -

Ick! It doesn't make me eat Big Macs. I have wine nearly every day. I haven't had a Big Mac in over a decade, maybe two.0 -
I've seen this post before.
And coming from a girl who had her first bottle of wine on Saturday and ripped her eyelashes out of her eye, by all means continue as long as you don't over do it. Kthanks.0 -
