    Wow! Thank you all for all the input. Next time I am in Walmart, I will give it a try! I don't think my local store has it. I live in a small town. all mom and pop stores.

    Just bought my first box at Kroger this weekend because I'd heard it was very healthy and a good rice substitute..Thanks for all the ideas!!!

    allrecipes.com has many different ways to prepare it . I like it with black beans or as a porriage....its the best stuff ,,,I use it instead of rice!!!
