hi there, i have just joined today it seems like a pretty good site to track everything. i got the app on my phone first then came to check out the site. i really want to improve my fitness and lose a few more kg im also going to start to train to do a marathon so i think im going to need all the motivation i can get. i would love to hear from anyone to help eachother out to stay motivated =]
