  • i just finished day two!! i don't have weights so i am using two large cans of beans :D

    there is a section for logging under cardio, for circuit training :D

    i am also doing jogging (c25k) 4ish times a week

    Circuit training and vigorous calisthenics equal the same calories burned! Interesting!


    Today is day two for me, but I'm sooooo sore, and have been delaying! I went for my regular walk today and it kicked my butt. Not totally sure if I can do another shred!!!

    i just finished day 3! CelenaOlson, i skipped a day because i was sore, but yesterday i was even MORE sore, i went ahead and worked through it, and i felt amazing today! just keep working through!
