Squats - the bar hurts my shoulders

    It hurt my shoulders in the beginning too. After a while I got used to it and it didnt hurt as much anymore but I also do a lot of shoulder exercises.

  • I haven't read through so forgive me if this has been mentioned. Simply but the bar in front. I do all my squat work like that. It's much safer and doesn't make my shoulders all knotty.
