We have been doing a Beach Body program called P90X along with MFP. Here is our 90 day results:

Thanks! I didn't think it was AT ALL possible to do in that short amount of time! We are going to continue on the "extreme" path for a year and see what that gets us, then maybe scale back and "maintain" from there
