100lbs to lose? Intersted in joining a group?

Just joined this site yesterday...Goal is to lose 100 lbs. I am currently at 280, and would love to get down to 180 by next December. My husband, 2 kids and I are planning on taking our first cruise! Want to do the whale watching, not be the whale they watch =0)
