    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm marinated for a few hours and thrown on the grill for about 4-5 mins per side. Just enough to get the chill off and a nice char but still dripping on the inside!

    I do a thick thick steak and sweet potato and asparagus on the grill with it. Its my favorite meal of life!

    I always say to the waitress/waiter: I don't care how red it is, just get it warm! :laugh:

    Raised my daughter to like it the same way. She used to drink the blood off the plate and tell her grade-school friends we were vampires!

    Usually rare, unless it's in a restaurant because most can't cook a steak properly to save their souls. On occasion I will want it blue.
