    12/09/11 (Start): 217lb
    19/09/11 (WK 1): 215lb
    26/09/11 (WK 2): 213lb
    03/10/11 (WK 3): Didn’t weigh
    10/10/11 (WK 4): 216lb
    17/10/11 (WK 5): 213lb
    24/10/11 (WK 6): 211.5lb

1.5lb loss for me this week.

    5.5lb loss/ 12lb loss target.

Thinking that I was a bit ambitious with a 2lb a week loss until christmas  but I will still continue aiming high, but honestly, with 8 more weigh ins before the end of this challenge, I will be happy to get into Onederland, which appears more achieveable.

Tried pumpkin soup, didn't mind it, but not something I'd crave. Managed to not eat after 2000hrs and have not drank any soda / pop, although I have developed a liking for slimeline tonic with lime.

This week I have given up ' shouting at the kids' (by their request) apparently lack of caffine has made me grouchy, and stress isn't good for weight loss... moi? grouchy? I think not.
This week I am trying to make time for myself. I am having two evenings this week to myself to 'chill out' and do what I want, so a long soak in the bath with candles and a pamper is what I have planned.

    How is everyone else doing?

Okay, time for some serious refocussing here. Been off track for weeks. Promised to be back on track today but managed to eat snack box of smarties, silly girl. I have decided

Right, I joined this challenge to make a difference by Christmas - not talking weight here, just feel alive rather than bloated lethargic blob with constant headache and back tummy.

I am going to get back to exercising every day (apart from dog walking)
I am going to eat my simple foods and more vegs
I am going to drink more water.

I am going to get my focus back on being healthy.

    24/10/11 (WK 6): 211.5lb
    31/11/11 (WK 7): 213lb

    Back up 1.5lb

I just can't seem to break this plateau. The same couple of pounds keep creeping on and off.

I've had a cold since sunday so have not been exercising as much as normal, but neither have I been eating as much. I'm sort of having a week without logging and worrying this week without going too wild.

I'm thinking of having an extreme week next week to try and break though this plateau....
    Lots of Water
No Chocolate / crisps / sweets
    No takeaways
    Exercise daily
    lots of veg
    Only lean meats
as little processed food as possible
    and a positive mental attitude.

Only 7 more weigh ins until the end of this challenge and I need to drop 14 pounds to enter Onederland.

    This is doable!!!!!

Wow Ladychi you are doing great!!!

I'm really struggling trying to break the 213lb barrier and am up and down all the time. Putting my plan into action though this week to try and shock my body into letting go of a few pounds. I so want to be in Onederland by xmas, 6 weeks away. Still a possible goal, but I really need to pull my finger out.

Hello...... anyone out there in Christmas Stars Group?

So, Its December 1st today, anyone out there going to get one last push in before the 24th?

Personally I have been pushing the other way for the last 6 weeks, but would like to at least finish this challenge with at least 5 lb weight loss. Anyone else in for this final push?

Lets get setting some weekly goals again and dare I suggest post once a day, or at least five times a week on this board? I know some people are friends and post on each others message stream - but perhaps if we bring this thread back to life we can all support each other.

I will start tomorrow with the posting, someone out there have mercy on me - dont let me a totally sad git who is just posting by herself every day until Christmas!

    Jxx
