"Junk" Food Opinions?

1200 calories per day is really not that many. In fact according to MANY sources it is pretty much the bare minimum to consume without kicking your body into starvation mode.
If it were me I would be trying to cram in as much whole/unprocessed foods in there as I could to make sure I was getting QUALITY energy sources........not to mention all of the required vitamins and minerals.
there isn't any room for junk food in a very restrictive 1200 calorie/day eating plan.
I agree with this. But, if you are exercising and eating those calories then by all means add some treats in as long as you are getting most of your calories from 'proper' food. Fat loss wise, theoretically it shouldn't make any difference but practically, our bodies process different foods in different ways so there may be a difference.0
