yea i saw that, we can only do what we can do and tomorrow is a new day! I posted a challenge for us for tomorrow that is a little long but not too hard and people on different levels can adjust it to fit them0

I'm also doing Day 1, Level 3 of the 100 Push ups challenge, so I already did 48 push ups just before reading this post! Ok. I guess I can do some squats and other exercises before getting ready for bed.

Ok! I just did 20 squats and 20 crunches. I've been working from home all evening since I got home from work, and I had pretty much given up the idea of exercises today until I saw my pushups challenge reminder and this post. I'm just watching my 2 year old why she takes a bubble bath.0

Someone on blue had an interesting exercise suggestion.
Jumping lunges.
Start with a lung left/right foot forward then jump and switch real quick with the opposite.
I'm going to give this a try in the morning, I'd wake the dead trying it tonight! :blushing:0 -

that sounds great...another thing that used to work for me was walking lunges while holding two 5 lb weights...5 steps each way 3 or 4 times, worked great0
