    Back to the sayings topic....my grandma had the best saying when someone ticked her off. "Go *kitten* in a hat and pull it over your ears" I crack up every time I picture this.

    Be home the same day you left.
    (which meant, I better be home at 11:59pm)! Go ahead and use this one on your teenagers!

    I once complained I had no shoes, until I met a man with no feet.

    My mom had a "saying of the day" which she had a full folder in the filing cabinet of. And depending on the day or week, and if something was going on with one of us 5 kids, the saying would change. And she still does it to this day. You walk into the kitchen, and there on fridge is a saying, and you try and figure out who has the problem and who's she's talking about!
    And I'm drawing a black on the probably.... 100 sayings that she has!
    The above shoe one comes to mind. I must have always wanted SOMETHING for that one to stick in my mind!
