Double bras?

I wear a sports bra and a regular bra....I don't like the uni-boob and I get that with every sports bra that I have used. So the regular bra helps keep the ladies separated and the sports bra gives them the extra support they need so they aren't flouncing around.0

Damn, with all these boob-movement problems I think some of you girls should wear something made out of sheet metal!0

Confession: I wear a regular bra and a sports bra because I look extra flat with just a sports bra and it's embarrassing.
^^^^ THIS Exactly!
I wear a 34 D (started as DD ) I need my regular to hold them UP and the sports bra to hold them in Place.
No, I can't afford to pay $50+ for 1 sports bra. I like to wash my workout clothes after every use and if I could only afford 1 "Quality" sports bra, I would ruin it very quickly.
I assumed all ladies with BIG "Girls", wore 2 bras. :laugh:0 -
Like another poster said, it is much more flattering! Lol true story.
But also, 1. I find better support when I have a good regular underwire, with a strong sports bra on top. It works great for me while running. It's possible that I just haven't tried the right sports bras, but I've spent upwards of $50 on them, and I get a better fit/support with my method, so why on earth would I go spend more just to use the method you tell me you prefer, kwim?
2. Most of my running shorts don't have pockets, I stick my phone with music in between the 2 bras. Love that makeshift pocket.
Eta: I'm also a 34D, and agree with the last post! It's about holding the gals up, AND down, and not as one solid mass..0 -
LOL- Why would u even wear a regular bra to the gym? clearly you're not working hard enough bc that would ruin a bra
Well, I've been using my method for years, and don't seem to blow through bras any faster than anyone else, just curious. if you think I'm not working hard enough in my runs and spin classes, I encourage you to come give me CPR if I work harder for you. Lol (for weights, for me, it really is just about my vanity or convenience, though).0 -
i wear a regular underwire bra and a sports bra to workout in.... its comfortable. the underwire keeps them from sagging and the sports bra keeps them together and not fly up in my face. i don't use NEW nice bras, i use my older t shirt bras JUST to work out in.
this does not mean we don't work out as hard... i work out HARDER bc i know the girls are safe in place. i have a friend who wears 2 sports bras plus a regular bra. WHO CARES WHAT ANYONE WEARS UNDER THEIR WORKOUT CLOTHES???????0 -
I care because it looks uncomfortable and makes me feel icky just thinking about it! It's so totally unnecessary. Just get one good one. They don't even have to be that expensive And good sports bras don't give you a mono-boob. Seriously

THIS ONE. You will have no movement, and it's a million times more comfortable.0 -
My way is perfectly comfortable...It's like it digs in or anything. So I will stick it what works for me0

Seriously, if it worked, I would do it
Growing up playing sports and what-not has taught me that sweating in a regular bra just feels gross. And when I sweat, there's no holding back, especially in a work out. For me, it's two sports bras when running. I want people to see my waist getting thinner, not focusing on the black eye I gave myself on the treadmill.0 -

Eta: maybe we're wearing different brands? Mine are not uncomfortable in sweat, at least no more so than anything else.0
